Delivery:

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

●  USA: 3–4 business days
●  Europe: 6–8 business days
●  Australia: 2–14 business days
●  Japan: 4–8 business days
●  International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

I'm partnered with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities all over the world. It will likely ship from the one that's located closest to you to ensure speedy delivery! 🚀🌎

How much does shipping cost?

I offer shipping to many different locations, and the cost can vary depending on your address and what you're ordering. To see the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The final shipping cost will be calculated at that time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please feel free to reach out to me and I'll be happy to help!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

I'm happy to offer international shipping, but please keep in mind that additional customs and tax fees may apply for orders shipped outside the US. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are not within my control. Every country has different customs policies, so it's a good idea to check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. If you have any questions about international shipping or need any help with the process, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm always here to help!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If you're expecting a package and haven't received it yet, don't worry! Here are a few things you can try before getting in touch with me:

  • First, take a look at your shipping confirmation email to make sure that the delivery address is correct. Sometimes small mistakes can cause big problems!
  • Next, consider reaching out to your local post office to see if they might have your package. It's possible that they tried to deliver it but weren't able to leave it with you for some reason.
  • Finally, it might be worth checking with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them by mistake. You never know, it could be waiting for you next door!

If you've tried all of these steps and still haven't received your package, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Just provide your order number and I'll do my best to help you out.

How are your products made?

I'm glad you're interested in my products! All of my designs are created exclusively by me. When you place an order, it's printed and shipped through my print-on-demand partner, who has locations all over the world. This means that depending on where you are, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! If you have any questions about how my products are made or anything else, please feel free to ask. I'm always here to help!

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships out, you'll receive a tracking link via email to keep you updated on your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about your tracking or shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm always here to help!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Please accept my sincere apologies if this has happened to you. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to me within one week with photos of the problem and your order number. I'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Thank you for your understanding and for allowing me to make it right for you.

What’s your return policy?

While I don't currently offer returns or exchanges, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any issues with your order. Your satisfaction is my top priority and I'll do my very best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible!

Do you offer refunds?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you receive the wrong items or if your items arrive damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. I'm happy to offer you a refund and will do everything I can to make it right! Just send me a quick message with some photos of the wrong or damaged items and I'll take care of the rest. ✨

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

I want you to love your purchase, and I'm always here to help if you have any issues! Right now, I don't offer exchanges, but don't worry--I've got you covered. If you're not sure which size to choose, please take a look at the sizing charts I've included in the product description for every item on my store. And if, by some chance, you receive an item that was mislabeled, please let me know within a week of receiving your order! Just send me a message with your order number and a photo of the mislabeled item, and I'll be happy to send you a new one or issue a refund.
